​Oversaw Teen Apprentice Program at five summer camp sites in the DC metro area, and supervised five college aged Teen Apprentice Coordinators. Executed entire recruitment process and selected over 150 Teen Apprentices ranging in age from 11 to 19. Handled communication for prospective and selected Teen Apprentices and parents; designed and operated Teen Apprentice Facebook page.


Collaborated with Summer Camp Staff to create a day-long Teen Apprentice Orientation for over 100 teens, and for camp preparation at all sites, including interviewing Teen Apprentice Coordinators, Assistant Directors, and Teaching Assistants for all campuses.
